Spreading the Gospel
Our mission is to combine the worlds of faith and fitness to pull people out of isolation and into a discipleship community that will ultimately make disciple making disciples of Jesus Christ and impact the world for His glory.
WORKOUTS
Weekly crossfit and partner workouts.
GROUP BIBLE STUDIES
Men’s and Women’s groups are available most days of the week. Group studies are a private and safe place where you can be open and vulnerable with trusted peers.
Community Outreach
We have many community events and prioritize missions. From sending disciples to Nicaragua to providing natural disaster relief, we are here to help the community in the name of the Lord.

We participate in a variety of missions nationally and internationally. From providing help after hurricane Helene to sending our disciples abroad to Nicaragua to plant Get Strong Groups, we are deeply involved in helping the community in the name of Christ.

Prevent veteran suicide
Get Strong Sisters has partnered with Mission 22 in the battle against veteran suicide. Several times per year, fundraiser group workouts are held in support of Mission 22 to seek out vets in need and to connect them with the community, training, and resources they need to survive and thrive.

CONNECT THROUGH SCRIPTURE
Every week we have men’s and women’s group Bible studies. Join us for the 10 month Get Strong Ministries reading plan. From Genesis to Revelation, there is not much that isn’t covered over the course of the reading plan.

Hurricane Helene Relief
In response to 2024’s devastating Hurricane Helene, Get Strong Sisters partnered with Providence Baptist Church to bring assistance to the community in Florida. Over the course of a week, we were able to bring a family’s home back to living standards after a flood completely destroyed their home’s interior.
