Thanks to Get Strong, I have been discipled and am currently discipling other men. I have
believed in Christ for most of my life, but belief is not enough. We must act to complete faith,
and that action should always be in pursuit of God’s will. It cannot be any clearer what Christ
wills us to do. Go and make disciples. By answering the call to be discipled and disciple, we
fulfill Christ’s Great Commission and Christ’s Great Commandment. To Love God with all our
heart and mind and to love our neighbor as ourselves as described in Mark 12:30-31.”

My husband, Tom, joined a Get Strong group in February of 2023. He was always a good husband and father but this group of men that he surrounded himself with, the study itself, and Christ being the foundation of it all was transformational for him. His growth in the Lord and the depth of his friendships with the men in his group made me hungry for what he had and for what he was experiencing.
When I heard that they were starting a women’s group I was very excited and joined as soon as I could.
I was a little apprehensive as far as the workout because it had been awhile since I had been in the gym and was out of shape but the encouragement and acceptance that I received made me, not only comfortable, but encouraged to keep going when I wanted to quit. The instructors are amazing – shout out to Julie and Dan! Thank you for not giving up on me and thank you for all your encouragement!! 🙏🏻
And the group itself ….my ladies, my sisters….a total answer to my prayer for honest, authentic, REAL women and real friendship!
The workbook is amazing…I’m seeing and understanding scripture in a new and fresh way. And the way it’s outlined is that it keeps me in Gods Word everyday!
I’m loving this….one of the highlights of my week for sure!!
